We do not dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
All orders are shipped by An Post (Rep Of Ireland) and the Royal Mail (UK) We will email you when your order is shipped. A tracking number is provided.

We send all of our orders in discreet packaging.The driver will not leave your package in a letterbox or other remote location for security reasons, please ensure someone is at home to accept your delivery.

All of our parcels are insured against loss or damage and sent with proof of postage, for your peace of mind.
For smooth and speedy delivery of your parcel, please ensure all of your details are correct and up to date when you checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, please liaise directly with Royal Mail to ensure the safe and timely receipt of your parcel.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 / 24
All parcels are tracked; they are scanned when they are collected and their progress can be monitored online via the Royal Mail Track and Trace system. Email and SMS notifications will keep you updated with the delivery of your parcel and if you are not available to accept delivery, you can provide Royal Mail with a Safeplace where your parcel can be left.
Please note the Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24 services don’t require a signature upon delivery. If your order is showing as being delivered, please check with neighbours and in safe places where your parcel may have been left.
If you have a shared mailbox we recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, as this does require a signature upon delivery.
